ACCOUNT GOVERNANCE

How We Handle Data, Cookies and Account Security

Account security and data handling are policy areas we treat with the same care as payment processing. Below are the four main areas we get asked about most when members review our legal terms.

Data Retention

We retain your account data, including payment records from Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost and GrabPay transactions, for the period required under our policy. You may request a copy at any time via email.

Cookie Policy

We use session cookies to keep your account active during a mobile visit and analytics cookies to understand page behaviour. No third-party advertising cookies are placed without your explicit consent in the cookie notice.

Account Security Practices

Your account is protected by a one-time password step on each new device login. We do not store your e-wallet PIN or FPX banking credentials — those remain within your payment provider's environment.

Requesting Corrections

If your registered name, contact number or payment details are recorded incorrectly, submit a correction request through live chat or email. Our account team will verify and update the record within the policy turnaround period.

LEGAL CONTACT PATHS

How to Reach Us on Policy Matters

If you need to raise a legal query, dispute a decision or request a copy of your account data, we have three contact paths available. Each route is monitored and routed to the team that handles policy and account-governance questions specifically — not the general games-support queue.

Team online

Live Chat

Start a chat directly from your account dashboard. For legal or policy queries, select the account-governance category so your message reaches the right team without delay.

Email Support

Send your legal query or data-access request by email. Include your registered account ID so we can locate your record and respond within our stated policy window.

Account Help Centre

The Help Centre holds the current version of all policy documents. You can download the applicable terms, review change logs and find the form for formal data-correction requests.

Legal Questions Our Members Ask

These are the questions we see most often when members review the legal section of their account. Each answer reflects our current policy as applied to accounts held by members in Malaysia.

They apply to every account holder whose registration was accepted on this platform. Eligibility is subject to local law, and by registering you confirm that holding and using this account is permitted where you are.

Send a data-access request to our support email with your account ID included. We will locate your record and respond within the timeframe set out in our data-handling policy.

Yes. Transaction records, including deposits and withdrawals via Touch 'n Go eWallet and Boost, are retained in line with our data-retention schedule and are available if you raise a payment query.

Raise the dispute through live chat, selecting the account-governance category. If the matter is not resolved at that level, you can escalate it in writing via email for a formal review by the policy team.

You may submit a deletion request, but we are required to retain certain records for the minimum period stated in our policy. Any data held beyond that period will be removed in line with our schedule.

We update our terms when there is a material change to our operating policy or account conditions. The current version date is shown at the top of the full terms document in the Help Centre.
